Winter recipe: creamy pork with mushrooms

Ingredients:

½ kg of pork (if it's tenderloin, better)
250gr of fresh mushrooms
1 medium onion
200 milliliters of cream of milk
1 teaspoon of mustard
1 tablespoon of butter
A stream of white wine
Salt
Freshly ground Pepper

Preparation:

Chop the pork into strips or medium cubes, it does not matter. Add salt and cook with little oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Try to brown lightly, remove from heat and reserve.

In the same pan add the butter and drop of vegetable oil, sauté the onion, also over medium heat. When it is transparent, add the mushrooms with some salt and stir well.

Add a stream of white wine and mix well with a palette until the alcohol evaporates. For this moment the smell that is going to come out of the preparation is going to drive you crazy. Okay, suffering for a delicious meal is more than good.

Put the pork back in the pan where you are preparing everything, mix a little and add all the cream.

Let it cook for a while stirring every so often. Then add the mustard and some black pepper.

After about 10 minutes of cooking over medium heat the liquid should have reduced and the sauce had thickened a bit. Try it and correct salt and pepper if necessary.

It's ready. Now remove your creamy pork with mushrooms from the heat and serve hot. You can accompany this delicious winter recipe with mashed potatoes and a good lettuce and arugula salad so they do not say that you do not eat "green".
